The purpose of this site is to give information about The Hook & Hunter Ball, who we are, how to purchase tickets and how to contact us.

Details for the Ball are:

• Date – Friday 31st October 2008.
• Venue – Gold Cup Room, Cheltenham Racecourse.
• Dress Code – Strictly Black Tie with Black and White theme (no fancy dress).
• Times – 19:30 to 01:30. Carriages at 02:00.
• Tickets £20.
• Featuring live music from The Hook Band.
• A national Elvis celebrity
• DJ with spectacular light display
• Casino Tables
• Salsa Dance Demo by DJ Latin Thomas Melendez
• Full Bar facilities including hot snacks. Drinks served until 01:30
• Charity Raffle, £10 a ticket.

The idea for the charity element this year is to have 3 exclusive prizes with raffle tickets at £10 each. All raffle ticket proceeds will be going to the charity of the winner’s choice.
